REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Kitsch Culture India, every piece is made with considered materials, craft and attention to detail. Many of our garments involve artisanal techniques and hand-finishing, and each order undergoes a quality check before it leaves us.

CAN I RETURN OR REFUND AN ITEM?

Kitsch Culture India does not offer returns or refunds on purchased items.

As our pieces are produced in limited quantities and may involve handcrafted processes, we encourage you to carefully review the product details and size guide before placing your order.

Where store credit is issued, it will remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes. We accept exchanges for a different size or design, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

STEP 1 — CONTACT US

Please email us at hello@kitschcultureindia.com within 5 days of receiving your order, mentioning your order number and the reason for exchange.

Requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

STEP 2 — EXCHANGE CONFIRMATION

Once your request has been reviewed, the Kitsch Culture India team will confirm your exchange and share the return instructions and shipping details with you.

Please do not send an item back before receiving confirmation from our team.

STEP 3 — SEND YOUR ITEM

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all original tags attached and the invoice included.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained or otherwise used will not be accepted for exchange.

Please note that SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any shipping costs associated with a standard size or design exchange will be borne by the customer.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

Every Kitsch Culture India piece undergoes quality checks before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Your email should include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange, subject to availability. Return and replacement shipping costs for an approved manufacturing defect will be borne by Kitsch Culture India.

Please note that natural variations arising from handcraftsmanship including minor irregularities in embroidery, weaving, Mukaish, Gara, beadwork, hand-finishing or other artisanal techniques are not considered defects. These variations are inherent to the handmade nature of the piece and make each garment unique.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care or damage caused by failure to follow the garment's care instructions will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

IMPORTANT

Kitsch Culture India reserves the right to decline an exchange if the returned item does not meet the conditions stated above.
